Delivery options

PC LAN offers Standard delivery and Express delivery with Priority Handling (Limited areas) options when purchasing online. Item will be processed within 1-3 business days (Unless stated otherwise) and delivery usually takes 1-4 business days depending on customer's area (Delivery is longer for remote or rural areas).

If you require Same Day or Express delivery, please contact us for more information.

Please note that delivery time is estimated only and subject to arrangements of the carrier, e.g. Australia Post or courier company.

Most items except for manufacturer sealed items will be bubble wrapped and/or boxed for shipment which will provide adequate protection in most cases. However, if you have special packaging instructions, we can make alternative arrangements however an additional charge may apply.

How do I calculate delivery for my order?

Delivery can be easily calculated using the Shipping Calculator located at checkout.

Do I need to be available to receive my delivery?

PC LAN uses a range of delivery services including Australia Post regular, registered, express and courier services.

Most carriers such as Australia Post (Except Regular mail) and courier services will leave a calling card if there is no one at the delivery address, in that case please contact the carrier according to the details on the card for redelivery arrangements. If however the parcel gets returned to sender after failed delivery, a charge may incur to resend the parcel.

Please note that PC LAN is unable to specify an exact time of delivery for carriers.

How do I track the status of my order?

The status of all your current and past orders can be viewed using the Order Tracking facility, also the tracking number will be available via email.

Simply log on to the Account section of PC LAN website to find the supplied tracking number, where you can refer to the carrier's website for the status of the parcel.

Please note tracking details is not available for regular post items. Status of order may not be updated until it has been despatched, if that is the case both the invoice and tracking details would be available.

Can I pick up the item from your office?

Local pickup is available via appointment only. Please select "local pick up" as postage option and our friendly staff will notify you once the item is ready for pick up at our showroom at 39B Church Street, Lidcombe NSW 2141.

All products available online are also available for local pickup at no extra charge. However please note as our showroom has limited space for stock, we may not have every item in stock ready for immediate pick up. We suggest placing an order or contact us prior to make pick up arrangements to avoid disappoints.

How do I select local pickup?

You can select local pickup as the delivery option for your order in the Shopping Cart.

When can I pickup my order?

Please allow at least 1 business day ahead of desired pickup time to allow the goods to be prepared, longer time may be required for some items. The status of your order can also be viewed online in the Account section.

Priority Handling is available at extra charge for same day pick up if order placed before 12pm. Please contact us for more information and availability.

Some products may subject to longer delay on preparation, e.g. transportation from our warehouse, in such situation, customer will be notified and arrange pickup time accordingly.

What information do I need to pick up my order?

To help our Customer Support efficiently locate your order in-store please bring with you the Order Number shown when purchasing online.

Payment is required upon collection of your order (If not paid prior) and photo identification and/or credit card may be required at time of pick up.
